About us · Orlando, FL
Commercial HVAC Is All We Do
No residential split-system calls, no HVAC-as-a-sideline. Rooftop unit installation, repair, preventive maintenance, commercial refrigeration and chiller service across metro Orlando — which is why we know exactly what fails here and when.
A commercial-only crew in Orlando
Most HVAC companies that will service your rooftop unit also install residential splits, handle duct cleaning, and take whatever call came through the phone that week. There is nothing wrong with that, but it means commercial rooftop work is the thing they fit around other work. For us, commercial systems are the only work. That focus is the whole reason a technician can usually tell you within minutes on the roof what actually failed and what it costs to fix.
We are a company built specifically to do one thing well across Orange County and the surrounding metro — dense commercial corridors in Downtown Orlando and International Drive where hospitality and retail buildings run units near-continuously, and lower-density business parks out in Lake Nona and Winter Garden where newer construction means different unit ages and different failure patterns. Different building, different load, different answer.

How we price, and why we publish it
We put our actual price ranges on the website, which almost nobody in this trade does. The reason is simple: property managers and business owners have no easy way to judge whether an RTU quote is reasonable, and that information gap is where people get overcharged. If you know a 3–5 ton rooftop replacement should run roughly $9,500 to $18,000 installed and someone quotes you double that with no explanation, you have learned something useful.
Every estimate is free and on site. We inspect the unit, check electrical service and curb condition, then hand you a written flat price. That number does not change once work starts unless the scope changes. There is no deposit required to get a quote and no obligation to book.
What we will tell you that costs us money
If your unit just needs a repair, not a full replacement, we will say so. If a unit is still under warranty from the manufacturer or a prior contractor, we will flag that before billing you for work that should be covered elsewhere. If a cheaper like-for-like unit will do the job as well as a higher-tier option, we will tell you that too. We would rather have the referral than the bigger invoice.
Systems we actually work on
Standard package rooftop units as the bulk of our RTU work, because that is what sits on most Orlando commercial roofs. Split systems and VRF where a building calls for it, commercial refrigeration for restaurants and grocery accounts where a failure is a food-safety issue and not just a comfort issue, and chillers for larger buildings running centralized cooling. Our repair-or-replace guidance walks through how we make that call on an aging unit.
The warranty, in plain terms
Every repair and installation carries a written workmanship warranty covering failures traced back to our work — not something we invented, standard practice in commercial HVAC. What it does not cover is a separate, unrelated failure or lack of maintenance after handoff. That is not a workmanship issue, and we will diagnose and quote it at our normal rate rather than pretend otherwise.

Questions
About our company
We are a newly launched commercial HVAC specialist built to serve metro Orlando. Add your real founding date and any prior industry experience here before launch — specific numbers build far more trust than a vague claim about being established, and this is one of the most common questions on estimates.
Yes, licensed in Florida and carrying liability insurance on every job. We provide the license number and a certificate of insurance before work begins, without being asked. Property managers and building owners routinely need this for their files and we send it as a matter of course.
No. The people who quote your job are the people who do it. That matters more than it sounds: a subcontracted crew has no stake in whether the repair actually holds, and no reason to flag a curb-mismatch issue that would shrink the job. Our warranty only works because the same technicians own the result.
Because the details are where these jobs fail, and you only learn those details by doing nothing else. Matching a replacement unit to the existing curb and electrical service, diagnosing a refrigeration failure correctly the first time, sizing a unit to actual building load — none of that is obvious, and all of it decides whether the fix holds. Specializing is how we keep callbacks low.
Call us and we come back. Workmanship issues covered under our warranty get corrected at no charge. A separate, unrelated failure or a lack of maintenance after handoff is diagnosed and quoted at our normal rate. Either way you get a real technician on the phone rather than a warranty claims process.
Not for estimates, ever. For scheduled repairs we generally collect on completion after the work is verified. Larger replacement jobs typically require a deposit on ordered equipment, and any deposit terms are stated in writing on the quote before you agree to anything.
Yes, and we do it regularly. If your unit just needs a repair instead of a full replacement, saying so costs us a job today and usually earns the job later plus a referral. The property managers who become repeat customers are almost always the ones we talked into spending less on the first visit.
Yes. We handle retail centers, office parks, restaurants, hotels and multi-family properties with rooftop arrays in addition to single-unit buildings. We provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 up front, and can invoice property management companies directly.
As a new company we do not have a large photo library from past customer properties yet, but the homepage gallery shows the type and quality of work we do. We are also happy to give you references from our first jobs once we have them, so you can call and ask directly.
Fourteen submarkets: Downtown Orlando, College Park, International Drive, Lake Nona, Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Sanford, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Apopka, Dr. Phillips and Kissimmee. No trip charge on any of them. Outside that radius, call and ask about larger jobs.
