Where We Work
Fourteen submarkets across metro Orlando. If you are on this list you are on our normal route, which means no trip charge and 24/7 emergency dispatch in most cases.
Commercial HVAC service across metro Orlando
We are based in Orlando and we work a tight radius on purpose. A crew that drives ninety minutes each way cannot hit a same-day emergency dispatch window, or keep parts on the truck for the units common in a given submarket. Staying inside metro Orlando is what lets us hold 24/7 emergency coverage and actually keep it.
It also means we know the buildings. Dense commercial corridors in Downtown Orlando and International Drive run older buildings with rooftop units that have often been through multiple owners and service contracts, which means more undocumented history to work through on a first visit. The newer-construction submarkets out in Lake Nona and Winter Garden run newer, better-documented equipment where the failures skew toward controls and commissioning issues rather than age.

Home base: Orlando & central submarkets
Our home turf and the bulk of our work. Downtown Orlando itself covers a wide range of building types, from older mid-rise office stock to newer mixed -use development. We also cover College Park, International Drive and Lake Nona in the central submarkets.
North Metro and West Metro
North of downtown we work Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Longwood and Sanford, where a mix of established retail corridors and newer office parks means a wide range of unit ages on our route. West of downtown we cover Winter Garden, Ocoee, Apopka and Dr. Phillips — a growing share of newer commercial construction and a growing share of our route. South of downtown we handle Kissimmee, with its mix of hospitality and retail accounts running units near-continuously.
Why the radius is deliberately tight
We get asked regularly whether we will drive to Tampa, Daytona or south of Kissimmee toward the coast. Usually the answer is no, and the reason is response time. A rooftop unit failure at a restaurant or retail storefront is a same-day problem, and a company that drives ninety minutes each way either cannot make that window or cannot make the trip work economically for anything short of a major job. That is exactly why so many emergency calls from out-of-area companies turn into next-day or two-day waits.
Staying inside metro Orlando also keeps our estimate turnaround at 24 to 48 hours for non-emergency work and makes true 24/7 emergency dispatch genuinely possible rather than aspirational. It is a smaller market than we could serve, and it is the reason we can actually do what we say.
What you get regardless of which submarket you are in
Same technicians, same equipment focus, same eight services, same flat written pricing and the same workmanship warranty on every repair and install. Your ZIP code changes the drive time, not the standard of the work or what you pay per hour.

Service area FAQs
No. Every submarket on our service area list is on our normal route, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay regardless of whether you are downtown or in Apopka. If you are outside the list we will tell you honestly whether the drive works for your job size before we quote.
Emergency dispatch is typically same-day, often within a few hours, anywhere in the service area. For non-emergency estimates and scheduled work, most fall within 24 to 48 hours. Sanford, Apopka and Kissimmee sometimes run a bit longer simply because of drive time.
Not routinely. Driving beyond our normal radius adds enough time that we cannot hold our usual emergency response window on the other end of the trip. For a large multi-property account it is worth a phone call, but for a single unit you will get better service from a company based closer to you.
Yes, and a meaningful share of our work is multi-building accounts for property management companies. We provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 up front, can invoice the management company directly, and can set up a single PM schedule across all locations.
No. Pricing is driven by tonnage, unit condition, access and scope — not by your ZIP code. A repair costs the same in Winter Park as it does in Ocoee. Difficult roof access and extensive electrical work cost more anywhere.
Yes, meaningfully. Older buildings in Downtown Orlando and International Drive often have rooftop units with undocumented service history and a wider range of ages on one roof. Newer construction in Lake Nona and Winter Garden tends to have better-documented, more uniform equipment, which usually means faster diagnosis.
Hospitality and retail-heavy areas like International Drive and Kissimmee, where units run near-continuously and see more wear per year than a standard office schedule. We stock more common parts for those unit types on trucks covering those routes.
Yes, we plan around the forecast everywhere we work. Storm season adds urgency to keeping units serviceable ahead of extended power events, so we will flag aging units that are higher-risk for a pre-season failure during any PM visit.
We can give you a rough range over the phone or from a texted nameplate photo, and that is often enough to decide whether to proceed. But the written flat price requires an on-site visit, because electrical readings, refrigerant levels and access are the three biggest cost drivers and none of them are reliable from a photo.
It genuinely does not matter. The service area pages exist so you can read about your specific submarket, but the pricing, scheduling and warranty are identical across all fourteen. Pick whichever page is closest to you, or just call and tell us your cross streets.
