Call, text a photo of the unit nameplate, or fill in the form. Most quotes come back within 24 hours and there is no deposit or obligation to get one.
Four ways to reach us
Fastest is the phone. A technician who actually works on these systems answers, so you can describe the failure and get a straight answer about whether it is a $250 service call or a $15,000 replacement before anyone comes out.
- Call (407) 676-7681 — 24/7 for emergencies, 24/7 Emergency Service — Office Mon–Fri 7:00am–6:00pm for the office. Best for urgent work: a unit down today, or a system you want serviced before an inspection.
- Text a photo of the unit nameplate to (407) 676-7681 — usually the fastest route to a useful number. Send the nameplate (model/serial) plus a photo of whatever looks wrong.
- Use the form — good for non-urgent jobs and after-hours enquiries. We reply within one business day.
- Email info@orlandocommercialhvac.com — best for property-manager enquiries where you need insurance documents or a formal written quote.

What to have ready
You do not need any of this to call, but having it speeds up the quote considerably. The unit's tonnage or model/serial number if visible. Whether the system is still running but underperforming, or fully down. Whether it is a single unit or part of a multi-unit rooftop array. And whether the building is occupied during business hours, since that changes scheduling.
What happens after you contact us
We call you back to confirm details and book a service window, usually within 24 to 48 hours for non-emergency work — emergencies get dispatched the same day. On site we inspect the unit, pull electrical and refrigerant readings, and give you an honest repair-or-replace recommendation. You get a written flat price before we leave. If you approve it, we schedule — typically same-day for repairs, same-week for most replacements.
Service area
We cover fourteen submarkets across Orange County and the surrounding metro with no trip charge — see the full service area list. If you are just outside it, call anyway; we regularly make the drive for larger multi-building accounts where the job size justifies it.

Mailing address: 1420 Directors Row, Orlando, FL 32809 (placeholder — to be confirmed at launch).

Questions
Contact & scheduling FAQs
Usually within 24 to 48 hours anywhere in our service area for non-emergency work. A unit that is fully down gets dispatched the same day, often within a few hours. If you call before noon on a weekday there is a reasonable chance we can look at it that afternoon.
Yes, and there is no deposit and no obligation. We come out, inspect the unit, pull electrical and refrigerant readings, and hand you a written flat price. If you decide not to proceed, you owe nothing beyond the diagnostic if a service call was dispatched. We would rather give ten honest estimates and win three than pressure anyone into work they do not need.
We can give you a useful range from a texted nameplate photo and a description of the symptoms, and for a simple, known issue that is often enough. The firm written price needs an on-site visit, because electrical readings, refrigerant levels and access are the three biggest cost drivers and photos hide all three.
The unit’s model/serial if visible, whether it is fully down or just underperforming, whether it is part of a multi-unit array, and whether the building is occupied during business hours. None of it is required, but it lets us give you a far more accurate range on the first call.
Yes — our emergency line runs 24/7. Office hours for non-urgent scheduling are 24/7 Emergency Service — Office Mon–Fri 7:00am–6:00pm. Outside those hours for non-emergencies, leave a voicemail or send a text and we pick it up first thing.
Most repairs are same-day once diagnosed. Replacements typically run same-week to two weeks depending on equipment lead time and crane scheduling if needed. During peak summer season everything stretches, so call early for non-urgent replacements.
Only for the estimate and final walkthrough if you want one. Once you have approved the price, most property managers give us roof and mechanical-room access and get on with their day. We text or call on arrival, on completion, and immediately if anything unexpected turns up.
On completion for repairs, after the work is verified. Replacements typically require a deposit on ordered equipment with the balance due on completion, stated in writing on the quote before you agree. We accept card, check and bank transfer.
Yes. Certificate of insurance, license number and W-9 on request, and we send them proactively for property-management work. Email info@orlandocommercialhvac.com with your company name and we will get the paperwork over before the estimate.
Call and ask. For a larger multi-building account we will often make the drive slightly outside our normal fourteen submarkets. For a single small unit the trip usually does not make sense, and we will tell you that honestly rather than quote a padded price.
